Description:
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity within the higher education industry, located in TUSKEGEE, Alabama. The role entails functioning as an Administrative Assistant, where the primary responsibilities involve answering inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, handling data entry tasks, and managing email correspondence.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls and inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing queries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle email correspondence, responding to messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to perform administrative tasks.
- Schedule appointments, coordinating meetings and managing calendars.
- Facilitate inbound and outbound calls, maintaining clear and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with ADA Accommodations, providing necessary support and adjustments.
- Contribute to the smooth running of office operations, assisting with additional administrative tasks as required.
End of Responsibilities.
- Must possess the ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently
- Proven experience in providing top-notch Customer Service is required
- Should have a strong understanding of Data Entry tasks
- Proficiency in Email Correspondence is required
- Experience with both Inbound and Outbound Calls is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word is required
- Ability to Schedule Appointments effectively is necessary
- Familiarity with ADA Accommodations is a plus
- Administrative experience in a Higher Education setting is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
