Description:

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Columbus, Ohio. This role is dedicated to supporting a group of clients, processing their expenses, and maintaining meticulous records. The Administrative Assistant will be working from home on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with in-office work on Thursdays - must live local to Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

  • Check emails daily to identify clients’ expenses and determine what is needed to process them.
  • Gain proficiency in using Concur and Egencia for expense processing and payment.
  • Show initiative in learning expense policies and applying critical thinking to tasks such as examining receipts and sometimes contacting vendors to obtain receipts.
  • Work independently, coordinating with the team when necessary.
  • Display exceptional attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
  • Handle interactions professionally with bankers and investment managers.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to manage and organize data.
  • Answer inbound calls and maintain email correspondence with clients.
  • Schedule appointments and complete expense reports as needed.
  • Handle credit card receipts and understand the cycles and timing associated with them.
  • Minimum of one year experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining databases
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Experience with email correspondence in a professional setting
  • Ability to complete expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Familiarity with Concur Expense software
  • Experience handling and organizing credit card receipts
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
