Description:

Introduction
At RSA we believe that insurance is about people, not things. Our inspiring colleagues focus on shaping the future by helping people, business and society prosper in good times, and be resilient in bad times. This is the foundation on which we operate. We are a proud member of the Intact family, we feel part of something bigger, with a presence in North America, the UK and Europe.
We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join our established and experienced team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for guiding underwriting service solutions for all Commercial Lines products across renewal, new business, and mid-term adjustment customer journeys. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality pre- and post-delivery activity, as well as providing efficient and effective solutions to ensure underwriters have all the information, they need to focus on risk selection and good underwriting strategies.
You will support the expectations of underwriters and brokers, making it simple for our customers to do business with us. You will enjoy working at a fast pace in a high-performance environment, interacting with underwriters and brokers over the phone or via email. Our underwriters rely on you to be available when they need you to ensure Commercial Lines P&L consistently provides excellent service to its customers.
About you
You will have experience with providing excellent customer service. With good written and verbal communication skills and experience with Excel, you will be computer-literate, with the ability to follow processes, work towards goals, and embrace feedback, as well as excellent time management and attention to detail.
What we offer you
At RSA we put our people first. We have adopted hybrid working as standard, to give you a better work/life balance and an excellent flexible working mindset. That is on top of a comprehensive range of benefits, including pension contributions of up to 11% looking after you now, and in the future.
We’ll give you countless opportunities to continuously develop, alongside a diverse and passionate community of experts – the best the industry has to offer. You’ll be empowered to be your best self, do your best work, and make a meaningful impact. Our employee promise allows you to shape the future, win as a team, and grow with us.
About Us
We celebrate individuality and it’s important to us that we have a culture where our people feel respected and valued for who they are. We pride ourselves on being accessible and encourage inclusive environments where our people can always give and show the very best of themselves.
We understand that home life is a priority, if you require flexibility, we are happy to consider all our roles on a part-time or job-share basis.

Please let us know if there are any changes we could make to the application process to make it easier and more comfortable for you. Contact our recruitment team so we can work with you to support you throughout your application.
