SUMMARY:
We are actively looking for an Administrative Assistant responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the HR and Customer Service Department as required.

Reports to: HR Coordinator
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Support the Customer Service team with data entry, filing, and documentation on a daily basis
- Coordinate and communicate with candidates, set up interview schedules
- Maintaining an effective training database
- Assist in the coordination of social activities. Arrange catering for special events, etc.
- Coordinate Employee Awards Program.
- Support to maintain the employee database and keep the phone system updated.
- Assist in the administration of the office as needed.
- Monitor the cleaning service vendor to ensure high-touch areas are thoroughly cleaned.
- Ensure the kitchen and first aid room are organized, clean, and stocked.
- Maintain all information boards and ensure they are up-to-date.
- Other tasks as assigned
