SUMMARY:

We are actively looking for an Administrative Assistant responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the HR and Customer Service Department as required.

Reports to: HR Coordinator
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Customer Service team with data entry, filing, and documentation on a daily basis
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates, set up interview schedules
  • Maintaining an effective training database
  • Assist in the coordination of social activities. Arrange catering for special events, etc.
  • Coordinate Employee Awards Program.
  • Support to maintain the employee database and keep the phone system updated.
  • Assist in the administration of the office as needed.
  • Monitor the cleaning service vendor to ensure high-touch areas are thoroughly cleaned.
  • Ensure the kitchen and first aid room are organized, clean, and stocked.
  • Maintain all information boards and ensure they are up-to-date.
  • Other tasks as assigned
