Responsibilities:

COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with commercial activities, including creating requests for quotations, tracking orders, and handling excess lists to support Trading team.
  • Facilitate communication with customers in the absence of assigned personnel, upholding exceptional customer service standards.

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across various departments, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Manage office inventory and supplies, maintaining a professional and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department on German office invoices, fostering seamless financial processes.
  • Responsible for our two trading offices in Germany, Berlin and Munich.
