Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate calendars and schedules to ensure pro-active and effective time management and prioritization of engagements. Organize and schedule various meetings and provide logistical support such as booking internal meeting rooms, arranging catering, preparing meeting materials, and facilitating AV support.
Assist analysts with committee invites, ensuring that they are sent out in a timely manner using the relevant conferencing platforms.
Coordinate travel arrangements in compliance with company policies, including visa arrangements and itinerary coordination.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and departments to establish clear expectations and ensure timely completion of all deliverables. Working closely with other AAs, providing cover and other administrative duties as required.
Ensure timely processing of expenses and invoices and completion of all required system approvals.
Assist in coordinating onsite logistics for executives during their visits to the London office.
Manage and maintain specific project tasks accurately and relevant workflow procedures.
