Job Description: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative functions within the organization. REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Ability to multitask and remain agile in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring the maintenance of up-to-date records and databases.
- Support financial administration tasks, including processing invoices and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including vendor contracts, and financial documents, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to facilitate communication and ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including coordinating logistics, venue booking, and catering arrangements.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the organization.
