Stonegate Golf Club is excited to announce an exceptional career opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team!
The Club, located in Kissimmee, FL, prides itself on a 36-hole combination golf course and three food and beverage venues, The Grill, a fun sports bar, and Mosaics which offers a classic country club atmosphere and the Marketplace Bistro. All set among 100-year old oak hammocks, lush greenery, peaceful waterways and streams.
Pay: $16 - $19 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS
Two years of administrative support and office experience; or, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieve
Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
Represents the first point of contact and responds or directs people accordingly. Primary function is to answer phones, respond to member billing/inquiries, assist with membership and accounting practices and administer and maintain human resources reference material.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represents the first point of contact and responds or directs people accordingly
- Collect vendor invoices, process invoices through Lockbox in an appropriate and timely manner
- Maintain payroll records and prepare and submit bi-weekly payroll sheets
- Receive daily mail and distribute accordingly
- Maintain petty cash banks and make weekly deposits and change orders
- Purchase and maintain office supplies within budget as approved by the General Manager
- Administer and maintain employee benefit programs and assist with new hires
- Provide clerical assistance for the Membership Director, F&B Team and General Manager
- Protect the assets of the club
- Assist with vendor relations, acquiring quotes as needed, and scheduling work
- Gather a working knowledge of the Club’s policies and essential playing information and communicate to members, golfers and other guests
