QUALIFICATIONS
- Enrolled in full-time studies in Human Resources or Labour Relations program, certificate in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Up to 1 years’ experience in an administrative-level role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is an asset
- Strong customer service focus, with excellent communication skills for dealing with a wide range of individuals
- Excellent ability to juggle multiple priorities while adhering to processes and deadlines
- Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to take the initiative in liaising with other departments and/or external resources
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- MUST be qualified to work in Canada legally for the Employer.Able to provide a “Clear” or satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police. Check as determined by the operational requirements of the program.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day efficient operations for Human Resources departments
- Data entry for administration and HR database, recordkeeping, and maintaining employee records and files
- Respond to telephone and written enquiries from staff and the general public regarding personnel matters
- Create and modify forms and documents and conduct reference checks
- Assist in developing PowerPoint presentations Providing customer service
