Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support our General Manager on site at our Wilpinjong Mine located in Mudgee.
This role will see you providing high level, confidential administrative and executive support to the General Manager, including managing and coordinating administrative processes and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the General Manager.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Organise meetings as directed by the General Manager (GM) including room bookings and catering as required.
  • Organise off site conference bookings, and maintain spreadsheet of bookings as required.
  • Coordinate GM travel requirements and accommodation as directed.
  • Assist with the booking and approval of travel requirements for site as directed.
  • Assist GM with expense management and approval of SLT MasterCards, including reconciliation of credit card for GM.
  • Processing invoices on SRM/SAP.
  • Assist with the management of new SLT members on site including completing forms, organising IT equipment, PPE, inductions etc.
  • Collation of site Weekly and Monthly Reports utilising established templates and issuing to stakeholders in Brisbane.
  • Contribute and coordinate selected process improvement activities for Wilpinjong.

You will have experience in a similar role, ideally from within the resources sector.

  • Computer literate preferably with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills with customer service orientation
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise workloads and meet required deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Self-starter, able to determine and manage the required work program from broadly defined objectives
  • Strong commitment to OH&
