The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to Pinion Wealth Management advisors, minimize scheduling issues and conflicts, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will produce high client satisfaction rates through excellent customer service, a prompt follow-up to client issues, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and route calls to best guide or assist with client inquiries
  • Schedule, calendar, and manage tasks and activities in CRM and team members’ calendars
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications (telephone, mail, email, and faxes)
  • Preparing materials for client reviews and participating in client meetings to evaluate account performance and long-term goals
  • Supervise the maintenance of client accounts and office files
  • Provide general office support (faxing, document maintenance and creation, etc.)
  • Complete operations and client service tasks as requested, and train to be competent in all areas over time
  • Complete backup duties, requests, and additional projects as assigned
