Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support and backup for other departments as needed
  • Initial point of contact for visitors and general inquiries
  • Maintain general office supplies and servicing of office equipment
  • Maintaining and organizing digital and paper files
  • Provide support to complete full cycle payroll processing as needed during vacation or special project coverage
  • Provide support with various record-keeping functions as needed during vacation or special project coverage
  • Ensure updated communications and information are promoted throughout our facility in an engaging manner
  • Coordinate various events With the HR Team – assist with Health & Wellness activities
  • Ensure mill representation at local functions (Job Fairs)
  • Scheduling and tracking various training initiatives
