Responsibilities:
- Administrative support and backup for other departments as needed
- Initial point of contact for visitors and general inquiries
- Maintain general office supplies and servicing of office equipment
- Maintaining and organizing digital and paper files
- Provide support to complete full cycle payroll processing as needed during vacation or special project coverage
- Provide support with various record-keeping functions as needed during vacation or special project coverage
- Ensure updated communications and information are promoted throughout our facility in an engaging manner
- Coordinate various events With the HR Team – assist with Health & Wellness activities
- Ensure mill representation at local functions (Job Fairs)
- Scheduling and tracking various training initiatives
