The Division of Chronic and Complex Care serves the population by supporting the extension of care from the hospital inpatient setting, providing an array of Medical, Nursing and Allied Health services, to ensure patients are well supported, and integrated in the community.
The Division of Chronic and Complex Care has a number of clinical areas requiring administrative support. The administrative roles are an integral part of the team and support clinicians to provide best care by completing a variety of tasks. These include the registration and processing of referrals, booking and management of clinic appointments, organising brokered services, fleet management, ordering supplies, data entry and reception duties.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team, and can work effectively in a high pressure environment, with changing and competing demands. The successful applicant must be able to work across a 7 day rotating roster.
