Responsibilities:
AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Managing managers’ schedules and calendars
- Organizing team meetings and events, including
- virtual ones
- Handling confidential materials
- Writing meeting minutes
- Planning and arranging international travel, as well as creating expense reports
- Communicating effectively with executives, their assistants, and internal/external clients
- Coordinating and completing tasks assigned by managers and teams
TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments
- Some experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
- Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English (both spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with organizing international travel is beneficial
