Description:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our leasing team in managing administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The Administrative Assistant will assist in various leasing-related tasks, including documentation management, scheduling, and client correspondence.
Assist in the preparation and organization of leasing documentation, including leases, agreements, and contracts.
Maintain accurate records of leasing transactions and update databases accordingly.
Coordinate scheduling for property showings, meetings, and inspections between leasing agents and prospective tenants.
Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants regarding available properties and leasing procedures.
Collaborate with leasing agents to ensure timely and effective communication with clients and tenants.
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and listings for available properties.
Conduct research on market trends, competitor properties, and potential leads.
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, handling mail, and filing documents.
Assist with the coordination of property maintenance and repairs as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the leasing team and overall business operations.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a real estate or property management environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with property management software is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Knowledge of leasing procedures, property management, and real estate terminology is advantageous.
Fully bilingual English/Spanish
