- Considerable knowledge of up-to-date office methods and procedures.
- Considerable knowledge of business English, grammar, punctuation and spelling and ability to set up and draft correspondence.
- Ability to perform varied and difficult clerical tasks and to give instructions to the public in a clear and concise manner.

TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Two years office/clerical experience.
- Strong preference for formal education in office management, business, accounting or information technology.
- Experience performing mailroom functions are a plus.
- Demonstrated competency in advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Products.
- High level of organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- May consider other relevant combinations of education and experience that provide equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
