The Opportunity.
We are currently looking for Administrative Clerks to join and support our Communications teams. In this role, you will work with your team to help handle the day-to-day workflow of the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate, or someone looking to begin a career in professional services.
Responsibilities.
- Processing incoming e-mails and physical mail
- Cross-training to learn the responsibilities of other roles on the team
- Handling sensitive client information
- Interacting with agents, lawyers and other staff
- Other duties may be assigned or amended as required
Qualifications, competencies and experience.
- One year of administrative or office experience
- Post-secondary education
- A great team player with excellent attention to detail
- A strong ability to prioritize a large workload
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and proactive
- High proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software and technology quickly
The salary for this role will be positioned between $40,000 - $55,000 taking into consideration factors such as location, job-related knowledge, prior experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
