Administrative Assistant

Data and organization of the information in a professional manner are what our client is seeking in the Administrative Assistant position with the busy transportation company. Join a fast paced, busy National organization as our client’s Administrative Assistant.
What we offer
1. Full-time hours - Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm OR 4:00pm to 12:30am
2. Contract approximately 6 months
3. Competitive salary of $20 per hour
4. Fast paced environment
What you do
1. Search and retrieve data for your team members
2. Verify data input accuracy from various sources
3. Monitor and update data when required
4. Comply with data security policies to help ensure integrity
5. Compile reports with accuracy
6. Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Who you are
1. You have a strong desire to get the job done accurately and promptly
2. You have 1-year administrative experience
3. You have an eye for detail, and care about quality the quality of your work
4. You are familiar and comfortable with multi-tasking
5. You have above average typing speed
6. Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
7. You appreciate the role that good data plays in business intelligence, and strive for accuracy
8. You identify and follow up on action items to ensure that business moves forward

  • You use your strong communication skills to support internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
