Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma and completion of an administrative professional certificate or diploma from an accredited business school or college.
  • Minimum of 3 years in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with optimization of SharePoint for information management.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our growing healthcare network and be a part of a team dedicated to making a difference in patient care. In this role, you will be providing comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Collaborative Health and the collaborative health program. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and be passionate about contributing to our mission of improving healthcare outcomes for patients. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to the Director and department staff
  • Manage the Director’s calendar for meetings and general operations
  • Organize and coordinate team meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Arrange logistics for all meetings and events, both on-site and off-site
  • Maintain accurate and organized records and files through SharePoint
  • Support the Director in managing projects, including tracking deadlines and milestones
  • Create templates to facilitate metric collection, team schedule tracking, and additional resources
  • Monitor and update available shifts for the casual team members
  • Complete and provide reports as required to the Director and Health Plan Program Manager
  • Create monthly department newsletter and administer team surveys
  • Monitor and distribute incoming communications through the department’s inbox
  • Set up and manage department phone extensions through the Wildix phone system
  • Support collaborative health provider integration with key communications
  • Collate information collected from patient onboarding activities
