Job Requirements:

  • DEC or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3+ years in a retail Real Estate administration functions, including management of a large portfolio
  • Knowledge of North American Real Estate Leases and best practices
  • Expertise in lease audit and financial analyses
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite
  • Knowledge in Lucernex is an asset

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Lease Administration, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the lease compliance of approximately 450 retail leases. Lease auditing for landlord overbillings. Abstracting critical data and financials in Real Estate Software (Lucernex). Performing Year End recovery auditing. Work with Finance and Accounting team, to resolve issues. He/she is responsible for, all payment setups for monthly rent and Year End recovery invoices
