Description:

DESCRIPTION

The administrative coordinator of cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation must have good communication and organization skills.
This position is responsible for providing admission functions including pre-certification and insurance verification, understanding qualifying diagnosis, scheduling session appointments, billing, as well as overall clerical and receptionist support and services to meet the specific needs of the departments, providing high quality service to patient, physicians and staff.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year Secretarial experience.
  • 1 year Medical insurance experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College/vocational education.
  • Medical Terminology training.
  • 2 years Hospital/doctor office experience.
  • 1 year EPIC computer process knowledge
