Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

This Fintech organisation is looking for two Client Services Officer’s to join their Operations Team for a minimum for 3 months. They business offers flexible working arrangements! It’s crucial for you to come from Financial Services Background to jump on board the team and hit the ground running!

DUTIES

You will report into the Head of Operations and the responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of contact for client enquiries
  • On boarding new client profiles
  • Updating profiles with the correct information
  • General data entry and administration duties
  • Customer service duties (email only, no phones)
