Description:
Nonprofit client in PG County is looking for an Administrative Coordinator.
The Administrative Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the efficient functioning of the nonprofit organization by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and assisting in program coordination. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about supporting the mission of the nonprofit.
Manage office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail.
Maintain and organize files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, coordinating logistics and ensuring timely communication
Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
