Join our team as an Administrative Executive at the Upper House and play a key role in supporting the administrative functions of our establishment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with payroll processing is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the business.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence for the bar and restaurant.
- Coordinate scheduling and appointments for management and staff, including meetings, reservations, and events.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and orders, ensuring sufficient stock levels for efficient operations.
- Assist in payroll processing, invoicing, and financial record-keeping, working closely with the accounting department as needed.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external communications.
- Serve as a liaison between management, staff, and external vendors, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Oversee administrative staff and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
