POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations, including bookkeeping tasks and administrative duties. Please note that training during probation will be at Geylang/Aljunied/Sims Area. This position will be at Bukit Merah area.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping tasks such as accounts receivable and payable, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
- Manage office communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and receiving and coordinating goods.
