Position Overview: We are currently seeking a meticulous, patient, organized, and efficient female Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our agents in delivering outstanding service to our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with real estate management/CRM software.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Case Submission Management: Handle and process cases submitted by agents through our Sales Program, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Commission Monitoring: Maintain records of commission payable and collectible, reconciling accounts as necessary.
  • Filing and Database Management: Organize and maintain company filing systems, databases, and records to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for agents and clients, managing calendars efficiently.
  • General Administrative Support: Assist the Managing Director and team with any additional administrative tasks or projects as needed.
