REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in front office support, or the equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management skills and personal efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to follow-through effectively and promptly on tasks from initial request to completion.
- Pleasant, patient demeanor with a commitment to customer service.
- Ability to practice confidentiality and utilize discretion with sensitive information.
- Ability to communicate comfortably and effectively with people of all education levels; communication skills; negotiation skills.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, database management and record keeping. Must complete Dartmouth Online Review and Recruit System training.
- Must complete Dartmouth E-Verify training.
- Strong commitment to a diverse working environment and to serving the needs of a large and diverse community.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as necessary.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated interest in and desire to expand knowledge of Human Resources profession.

Responsibilities:
Provides a high level of administrative support to the Administrative Human Resources (“Admin HR”) Services office, supporting the Campus Services division. Provides optimal customer service for the office, both in-person and online. Communicates respectfully with a diverse community and supports the College’s mission to foster inclusiveness and diversity.
