DESIGNATION : Administrative Officer, Quality Management (Part-Time)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Diploma or Degree from any discipline
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications - Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Google Drive
  • Experience in healthcare sector would be an advantage

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Some knowledge of graphic design skills would be good but not compulsory
  • Able to use Canva

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support the Manager, Quality Management with administrative tasks in managing the delivery of Quality and Safety goals and initiatives within Senior Day Care and Home Care through assistance on training, quality improvement projects and audits.

  • Management of documents by updating the documents and related policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the clinical and operations team to develop workflows and processes.
  • Analyse and report trends on incidents and audit findings.
  • Research on best practices and innovations.
  • Support with communication messages on quality and safety and events
