The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. About the role

  • Perform a range of administrative tasks including checking and processing applications; data entry, preparing and responding to correspondence; booking hearing assistance for parties; scheduling cases and preparing files for hearing.
  • Identify customer needs and assist them in accordance with VCAT service and quality standards.
  • Manage your workload, act on urgent matters as a priority and escalate complex matters as required.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders including customers, colleagues, management, VCAT Members and other service users.
  • Provide in-hearing and customer service support as required in accordance with VCAT’s service delivery standards.
