About the Job
In this dual-role position, you will hold a portfolio encompassing secretarial support to a senior regional leader and daily administrative support to the Head of EA. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to scheduling appointments, coordinating complex travel arrangements, managing event logistics, sourcing vendors, preparing meeting materials, and providing assistance such as printing, scanning, and meal preparation for leaders. This role requires impeccable organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. You will collaborate closely with team members and work in a cross functional capacity to fulfil your deliverables.
About the Manager/Team
This role will report to both a senior regional leader and the Head of EA, offering exposure to a diverse range of responsibilities. The Head of EA is a seasoned professional known for their open communication style and leadership abilities. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow under their guidance while contributing to the success of the team.
Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate should possess a proactive attitude and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in secretarial support within an MNC setting, coupled with a tertiary education. Strong organizational skills are essential, alongside the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, enabling effective collaboration within a team setting. Meticulous attention to detail is crucial, particularly when handling confidential information.
