About the Role
We have two casual opportunities available starting immediately for Administrators within our Finance Team. These roles will focus primarily on finance administration and support with a focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Processing manual vendor invoices, purchase order invoices and transactions
- Providing excellent customer and administration support and responding to accounts enquiries
- Sorting and distributing mail and ensuring filing and records are maintained and up to date
- Data entry, filing, records administration and the administration of other related databases and systems
About You
Crucial to your success in this role will be your attention to detail, organisational and time management skills. You will demonstrate sound experience in the following areas:
- Some exposure to accounts administration tasks, preferably in a large, diverse organisation
- Demonstrated attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy
- Ability to work proactively and contribute positively as a team member
- Strong customer and administrative service skills including the ability to communicate with internal and external customers
- Computer literacy using windows-based software - knowledge of SAP Finance system would be beneficial
