Salary: £25,000- £28,000

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join this esteemed firm. As a key member of the team, you will provide essential support to the tax consultants, ensuring the seamless execution of administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the diaries of tax consultants, efficiently scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Utilise spreadsheet software to create and update spreadsheets, databases, and other documents as required.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to tax consultants, including handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Assist with various administrative projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately.
  • Maintain a high level of organisation within the office, ensuring files and documents are appropriately stored and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for spreadsheet management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on new challenges.
