Role: ME - Administrative Support | Technician
Function Mission
Provide administrative and secretarial support to management, ensuring the attendance, preparation and documentary organization, in line with the higher guidelines and established procedures, in order to guarantee adequate support and a professional image both internally and externally.
Responsibilities (may include :)
⢠Carrying out and ensuring service at the management level, as well as ensuring the correct reception and transmission of written, telephone and information requests, proceeding with the forwarding to the respective recipients; ⢠Provide reception and institutional assistance to visitors, ensuring a professional conduct and image; ⢠Receive, register and control orders and correspondence from management, providing their due referral, in order to ensure their treatment according to the identified priorities and using the most appropriate means; ⢠Provide support at administrative level in the various processes inherent to the operation and at the request of management; ⢠Support in the preparation / elaboration, organization and archiving of documents of an administrative nature; ⢠Coordinate the management of the management agenda, making the appointment / unmarking of commitments, supporting the internal and external interface and communicating the schedules made, in order to facilitate the daily / weekly / monthly organization of existing events.
