ALPINE Australia specialises in the design, Supply and service of large-scale equipment for the mining, port terminal, and bulk material handling industries. ALPINE are industry-leading, subject matter experts in balance machines and mobile equipment; including stackers, stacker-reclaimers, reclaimers, shiploaders and unloaders, and spreading systems.

Responsibilities:

The role of Administrator and Document controller will contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of the ALPINE Australia office by providing high quality office management and administration support, and to manage and control the flow of documentation through the business.

This role will also require you to:

  • Prepare, modify, and manage documents such as presentations, reports, correspondence, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, record and distribute meeting minutes, manage staff travel and accommodation, handle timesheet data entry, maintain electronic filing systems, and oversee office equipment maintenance and supply inventories.
  • Efficiently manage document systems through meticulous data entry, encompassing recording, processing, distributing, and tracking documents.
  • Register incoming and outgoing documents, utilising various software packages to generate reports, packages, spreadsheets, and transmittals.
  • Support Project Managers by facilitating the release and distribution of drawings and transmittals to clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as assisting the Supply Chain Department in releasing documents to fabricators.
  • Register, document, file, control, prepare, and collate all project documents, ensuring accuracy in accordance with ISO9001 requirements and continuously updating document control procedures.
