Previous experience within an administrative position
Experience in a similar customer facing position would be an advantage
Technically competent and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to show initiative

Responsibilities:
This is an exciting and varied part-time position (20 hours per week), working with a small team out of our Napier office. You’ll be responsible for a range of administration tasks, as well as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Duties may include:
Provide support to the Napier team and take ownership of all local administration process
Meet and greet clients and visitors to the office, and answering all incoming calls to the office
Assist in demonstration of equipment items to our clients (training will be provided)
Facilities management – coordinate maintenance and repairs for the office and for any office equipment
Manage stationary orders
Support fleet management for the office
Responsible for opening and closing of the office
