Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operation of the Distribution Centre.
- Assist customers with the return of products, communicating over the phone and email.
- Ensuring all records and paperwork are up to date.
- Manage Consumer Replacement Authorities, Pro-rata Replacement Authorities and Retailer generated ARP’s including collection, processing, maintenance, record keeping and reporting.
- Organise and coordinate transport for the return of items, including communicating with truck drivers and retailers.
- Coordinating with service agents.
- Asses returned items to determine the journey of the product.
- Assist as required with Branch Administration, and Inventory Control.
- Ensuring the site is safe and completing hazard reporting when required.
