Your New Role
This position plays a vital support to the entire worldwide Content Protection & Analytics department, including VP, Director and other offices worldwide, payment of vendor invoices, organize release schedules from all WBD’s brands, assist with online infringements of our intellectual property, maintain, file and organize documents, organize files, materials and meetings, files documents electronically and assist with day to day administration of the department.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Manages department vendors and subscriptions invoicing, process payment of monthly invoices, maintains monthly vendor cost and vendor/subscription renewals.
  • Gather, organize and maintain release schedules from all WBD’s brands and generate report with essential information for content protection operations, including rights ownership, program scheduling, screening scheduling, and priority titles. Generates list for titles for protection accuracy and relevance for optimal resource allocation.
  • Conducts online enforcements searches of infringing content and links across UGC sites, social medias, linking sites, including during live events
  • Collect and manage reports with all fingerprinted titles, corresponding title internal identification. Serve as back up to digital fingerprint, including collecting metadata from various databases.
  • Manages P-Card and orders department office supplies. Schedule and organize large corporate meetings; organize physical file cabinets and assists with department overall cabinets/file document organization (virtual and physical); coordination of travels and expense reports; assist with department calendar schedule; prepare documents for content protection program needs, visa requirements; edit and maintain documents and files; and other administrative needs.
  • Generate reports, power points, excel, tableau, etc with piracy related data trend analysis as well as file reports and researches.
  • Gather copyright certificates and other documents for Content Protection needs
  • Assist with Power of Attorneys preparation and management

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Entertainment or related industry experience
  • Administrative experience
  • Prior project management experience
  • A BA/BS degree (equivalent) is required (technology focus preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of Internet protocols and/or IT systems preferred
  • Understanding of online piracy problem required
  • Software skills required: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Access, Adobe, iManage, SAP
  • Excellent communication skills, written and orally
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate in a close agile team atmosphere
  • Ability to work independently in an agile fast-paced environment and organize priorities to comply with demands.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to changes and work on timing deadlines.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the video calls/telephone.
  • Must pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.
  • Must be extremely organized and schedule work effectively.
  • Must have the ability to work well under time constraints.

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, if/when necessary.
  • Experience with office management, project management, and with the entertainment industry preferred.
