JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client works within the mental health and addiction services, they cover the wider Manawatu and Horowhenua region. They are passionate about working with whanau to strive for success and overcome all obstacles by offering support in wellbeing, health couching, education programs and so much more. Due to the growth within their business, we are looking for an administrator who has a passion for our Rangatahi and supporting the wider team across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to team.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Coordinate and assist with special projects and initiatives
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders as a representative of the company.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Māori Tikanga
