Element has an opportunity for Administrator cum Receptionist.
In this role, yYou must be a motivated, self-starter who excels in providing great receptionist and admin at all times and be well presented.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
  • Experience in an office administrative role.
  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Perform reception duties such as answering calls and attending to visitors professionally and delivering a world-class experience for visitors and guests.

  • Manage all incoming/outgoing mails, courier parcels and document circulation.
  • Provide administrative support to the office and team as required in a timely, proactive and diligent manner
  • Preparing quotation, progress payment claims, variation orders, project budgets & cost control and settlement of final account.
  • Assist with collecting and delivering tenders samples.
  • Attend to all incoming/outgoing mail and courier of documents
  • Organise and/or provide support for smooth-running of company events and meetings
  • Oversee general housekeeping and cleanliness of the office5 days work week
