Description:

ADMINISTRATOR

  • Stratford, London - Office based
  • £27,000 to £30,000
  • 9am - 5pm
    Our client, a reputable organisation based in Stratford is seeking a highly motivated Operational Support Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from 27,000 to 30,000 per year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative activities, providing essential support to the Operations team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines and supporting the on-site administrator as required
  • Assisting with the preparation of annual reviews for the Operations team
  • Designing portals as and when required
  • Creating engaging presentations for the operational team
  • Contributing to project work as required
  • Providing support to the sales team on bids and presentations
  • Answering phone calls and redirecting them appropriately
  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate areas
  • Assisting with one-off requests from operations and head office departments such as designing, minute taking, scanning, and binding documents

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Effective communication skills at all levels
  • Excellent English language proficiency
  • Good planning and organisational abilities
  • Proficiency in using Google or Microsoft Office programmes; knowledge of Adobe InDesign would be advantageous
  • Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A positive work ethic, initiative, and motivation
