Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Be part of an amazing team in a fun environment where tamariki are the focus. You will work closely with both kaiako and other support staff, as well as our kindergarten whānau whilst primarily being responsible for the day to day administration processes, including enrolments, accounts and providing support to the Head Kaiako and kaiako team.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- have previous administration and accounts experience, preferably in an Early Childhood environment, but this is not essential
- be a confident communicator displaying professional maturity
- able to build and maintain outstanding relationships with our diverse community
- be flexible, adaptable and a collaborative team player who is not afraid to pitch in where needed
- be able to self-manage, uses initiative, and work independently to achieve positive outcomes
- have strong computer skills (preferably using Mac)
- have strong attention to detail
