Responsibilities:

Exciting opportunity for a team player, who is positive, well-organised, has excellent time management skills, and can form good working relationships.
As part of a wider administrative team within the Division of Humanities, you will support the Humanities Divisional Office, and undergraduate and postgraduate academic teaching staff as an Administrator in the Classics Programme.

Key tasks of this role include:

  • Course administration.
  • Event organisation.
  • Meeting, email, and calendar support.
  • Recruitment administration, including vacancy administration and onboarding coordination for new staff.
  • Financial administration, including purchase card reconciliation, reimbursements, purchasing and invoicing.
