Description:

This is an exciting, busy and challenging time and we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic A dministrator to work within the team to a ct as a single point of receipt for all referrals (including self-referral).
Expected to follow appropriate systems , policies and procedures whilst ensuring efficient and accurate recording of data. Excellent ICT/typing skills are paramount, and timely and skilled communication is essential to ensure service user experience is always satisfactory.
The post requires attention to detail, enthusiasm, flexibility and resilience to work with a developing forward-thinking service. The ability to communicate effectively and build rapport and effective relationships at all levels is essential.

Supporting all administrative needs of the IAS. General clerical duties appropriate to the role to include reception, photocopying, ordering reporting faults, filing, booking appointments, scanning, dealing with post.
- Routine typing of clinical correspondence.
- Develop systems and templates to support and organise IAS activity including scheduling of appointments.
- Liaising with service users and families, General Practitioners (GPs) and other referrers plus multi disciplinary professionals to provide integrated assessment, diagnosis, support and care.
