An organised, efficient and experienced Administrator is sought by an education charitable trust in Cranleigh, Surrey which provides facilities, services and resources for young people affected by autism. Joining a friendly Administration Team, you will play a vital role in managing inductions, attendance, transportation and associated records and paperwork and as well as a review case load for both pupils and adult learners.

Duties include;

  • Provide administrative support to the senior management teams creating and distributing memos, announcements and letters
  • Create and maintain learner files and databases
  • Manage a caseload of learner reviews, organising meetings, note taking and collating and distributing documents
  • Support learner transport arrangements, liaising with local authorities and maintaining an accurate database of driver details
  • Maintain stationery, uniform and other stock, managing deliveries and re-ordering items where required
  • Support the admissions process for new learners
  • Assist with Trust events such as open days and conferences
  • Cover reception duties, school breaks and lunch support in the absence of the Front of House Administrator

The successful candidate will have experience of providing excellent administrative support with strong IT skills, ideally working in a school or care environment. You will have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing across a wide range of audiences with excellent customer service skills, having a pleasant and friendly approach. Able to work in pressured and fast paced environments, you will have a logical manner, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.

THIS IS AN ONSITE, FULL TIME ROLE. CAR DRIVER ESSENTIAL DUE TO THE RURAL LOCATION OF THIS ROLE.
