Description:

We’re looking for an Administrator to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team, based remotely from home and servicing our Severn Trent and Yorkshire Water contracts.
Location: national, working form home with an office in Solihull and Sheffield
Contract: Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part time hours may be available if desired, just let us know

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Administrator you’ll be working within the Electrical and Civils project team, supporting with the administrative functions to ensure the project runs in a timely and organised manner.

Your day to day will include:

  • Responsible for day-to-day administration on site including maintaining the site document management system.
  • Teams up-loads and document management.
  • Responsible for receipt of delivery notes, goods received records and the on/off hiring of plant and equipment.
  • Assisting the Commercial team with the placing our supplier orders, accounting, and commercial administrative functions on the Project.
  • Support completion reports and associate documentation collation for closing schemes down.

This role of Administrator is great for you if you:

  • Have previous administrative experience with the ability to work both as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Computer literate, with experience of Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • Have good attention to detail with a willingness to challenge information provided.
  • Possess good time management, communication and organisational skills
