Salary up to £29,500 per annum.
Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, provides repairs and maintenance, compliance, planned replacements and fire risk assessment works. We successfully complete over 35,000 repairs, 2,200 electrical tests, 1,000 voids and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually to 23,500 homes. About the Role:
An Administrator within our Ealing branch. You will be needed to have a working knowledge of PPS function using in-house computer systems and to provide administrative support and assistance within the team, while being able to assign work to sub-contractors/operatives depending on the job requirements. To provide an excellent standard of customer service for our clients, suppliers, and colleagues. To maintain works trackers, manage the voids from start to completion.

Voids

  • Process order requests from the client using MCM within 1 hour of receiving request. Ensuring once job received the job has the correct scope/budget and put to the correct status to reflect the business stream.
  • Create property file for new requests and relevant sub-folders & add new order requests to relevant tracker.
  • Issue all attendees as directed by the void supervisors within in 1 hour of receiving instruction.
  • Send tracker to relevant team for review in line with the agreed timescales.
  • File all email requests in the relevant business’s property folders and update relevant trackers as the jobs progress.
  • Ensure all calls are answered and dealt with in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Creating and processing operative attendee orders
  • Raising PO request to all suppliers as requested by DLO and supervisors.
  • Issue Ready to let emails to void control with the relevant certificates.
  • Liaise with planning team to ensure all appointments are met.
  • Liaise with SCP team.
  • Provide information about voids to the complaints team as and when requested.
  • Produce and distribute twice weekly promise date report to client void control groups when requested by team leader.

Asbestos Administration

  • To manage requests submitted by internal staff to investigate if asbestos is property at a site.
  • To review asbestos register and determine if asbestos survey is required.
  • Create property folders and update asbestos tracker.
  • To submit requests for asbestos surveys following our client’s process
  • To submit requests for Remediation S.O.W following our client’s process
  • To requests quotes from specialist Asbestos removal contractors.
  • To liaise with SCP’s, Supervisors & DLO and manage FOW if asbestos removal is required.

  • Verbal & Written communication skills
  • Basic Health & Safety Skills
  • Intermediate Numeracy
