REQUIREMENTS

  • Native level English - MUST! (your English will be assessed thoroughly)
  • +2 years experience as an admin or a similar role - MUST
  • Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office and G-suite (Google Sheets and Workspace) applications.
  • You are a self-starter with a can-do approach, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, open to feedback, patient, and service-oriented.
  • Have the ability to work with employees of all levels, including higher management, exercise judgment, and work independently.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment is a huge advantage.

Responsibilities:

Myndlift offers the most personalized mental health program. We use brain-sensing technology to help people achieve better focus and well-being by working with +1000 clinics and 10’s thousands of individuals. Working across 3 different continents, we’re looking to add team members who are committed to the mission of changing how mental care works.
We are looking for a proactive, self-driven, fully remote admin to join our team. In this role, you will hold the full scope of administration responsibilities and serve as the primary point of contact between our company and a diverse group of professionals, including CPAs, bookkeepers, insurance agencies, financial auditors, and tax advisors. You will manage communications and ensure seamless interactions both internally and with external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration

  • Oversee the company’s financial activity, including funds collection and expense management: perform tracking and recording of accounts payable and accounts receivables, including banks and credit cards payments, invoicing to customers, and maintaining company files accurate and up-to-date.
  • Payroll & end-of-month activities: Collab with the accounting team to handle the company’s payrolls around the globe, as well as deliver end-month income, expenses, and investors’ reports.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Work closely with CPAs, tax advisors, and financial auditors to execute the company’s financial reports and statements, US tax returns, handle various insurance submissions, and more.
  • Work with internal teams to track and settle payments and refunds and participate in supply chain activities such as processing inventory procurement, monitoring shipping, and goods inbound at the company’s fulfillment center in the US.
