Description:

PFH Technology are looking for Administrators to join our growing team.
Objective: The Administrator will be highly organised with the ability to take ownership of a project, with good IT skills and strong Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide an excellent level of customer service.
  • Managing all communications in a respectful and courteous manner e.g. face-to-face, phone, emails, etc.
  • Preparation of spreadsheets with strong Excel knowledge a necessity.
  • Assist with other ad hoc duties when required.
  • Reviewing files – adding documents, removing unnecessary documents, cataloguing.

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience including Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Excel involving data analysis functions: formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate complex data sets
  • Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks to a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work both on own initiative and also in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent communication skills from both a written and Teams meeting viewpoint
