Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organization: Maintain efficient organization of documents and files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and access for the team.
  • Data Management: Handle filing and scanning of physical documents onto internal databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to the quality team by assisting with any other ad hoc administrative duties as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.
