Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and professional Administrator/Receptionist to join our supportive team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our office.

The role will include the following:

  • Managing incoming calls and greeting visitors
  • Supporting the HR team with HR Administration including letters of offer, recruitment, health and safety reporting
  • Managing purchase orders and payment of invoices
  • Event coordination
  • General administrative duties

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong work ethic, and a willingness to go above and beyond
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5 + years in an administrator role
  • HR experience an advantage
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
